ANALIESE SCHULZE DESIGNS
About Me
Hi there!
I am a Perth based designer who has a Bachelor of Design from Curtin University. With 5 years of experience, I have developed a passion for creating native apps for the health and fitness industry. Resolving problems and revamping old concepts is where I thrive. Currently I am working with Schulze development as the lead UI/UX designer and have produced all of the various interfaces for the Bowling Tracker app, which is a new project ready for release.
My current work revolves around creating a seamless flow of interfaces through many difference devices which aids cricket players in tracking their progress through a tracker app. Growing up my family was heavily surrounded by the game and as a designer it is very important to me that I am familiar with the theme and background on whatever I am working on to provide my clients with the most productive features targeted towards their needs.
Previously I have been freelancing and traveling in New York City and San Francisco completing many jobs which included product design and creating a web presence for small businesses. While casually I like to illustrate portraits and dabble in photography
In my spare time you will catch me playing social netball with my friends, spending time with my cat and on my mission to find the best oat iced latte in Perth! If it wasn’t for the pandemic I would be feeding my hunger for adventure by exploring the world as I love to travel.
Feel free to contact me for any business inquiries or even catch up for coffee through my contact sheet!

Bowl Tracker
App concept.
The bowling tracker project utilises the apple watch features to be used in conjunction with the iPhone. Speedometer and heart rate feature collects data for the user automatically which is then stored on the iPhone application. Options for sharing data with others is available and encouraged for team situations. Every aspect of the data is stored in the activity log for easy access.

The load face.
Keeps track of the amount of runs for the player while also showing their heart rate, and safe zone.

The paused screen.
Gives the option to continue the bowling session or to save the session to the activity log.

The activity log.
The simplified activity log screen shows the over all sessions the user has completed by giving the total time, overs and the date of each session. The previous sessions can be accessed through scrolling through the log by using the crown.
Session summary.
This can be accessed from the activity log and goes in to the specifics of each session. The details include the load, average delivery speed, the total amount of time and the total overs.

The delivery speed face.
This screen can be switched out for the load face and it updates as each bowl has been delivered, showing the speed through visual representation using the gradient band. At the bottom of the screen there is a bar graph that quickly shows the user the previous speeds .

Connect with other users
Within the mobile app there is the sharing tab which displays the other players that the user is acquainted with and keeps them up to date with their statistics. This feature in particular can be very useful for teams and coaches especially as data can be stored and acquired without manually logging in the teams data. The sharing feature can be accessed from the bottom menu bar which helps the user navigate easily through the app.

The summary display acts as the home page for the mobile app as it contains the data for the current day, the past three sessions which is where the activity log can be accessed from. The home page also contains the weekly trends which tells the users from a quick glance using an arrow graphic if they are improving or decreasing a certain aspect of their bowling sessions. The summary page can be accessed from clicking on the home icon on the tool menu on the bottom of the screen. Bowling history is also stored on the summary page and can be opened up to view a full bowling history through a graph that can be viewed as yearly, monthly or weekly.

Individual Session Viewing
The individual session view outlines all the specifics of each session. The details such as the loading, average delivery speed, how long the sessions was, the amount of overs and the lists goes on. The summary page can be accessed from this by either swiping down on the date or by selecting the home button. The individual speed from each bowl can also be accessed from selecting the average delivery speed title.
The Activity log
The activity log organises every session completed by the user and each session shows an overview of the average speed, the amount of overs competed and the elapsed time. The sessions are organised by date and the user simply scroll through the list to find a specific session. The activity log can also be edited to remove sessions or correct any mis-information set by the user so all of their data is accurate and up to date.
